With different sizes and tent configurations available, we’ve got everything you need to make your event a hit.
For those warm summer months, why not leave the whole tent open, maximising the space to create a vibrant atmosphere. During the cooler months, we can close down some sections to create a unique space, keeping you and your guests nice and cosy.
The space inside the tent provides a blank canvas for you to decorate as you wish. We have furniture and lighting options available, and also work with trusted suppliers offering you a wide range of options to give your event that added sparkle.
Getting started.
Whether you have a clear vision in mind or are looking for some inspiration, we are here to help. After the initial contact, we will organise a site visit where we come and view the site and work through different possibilities to find the one which works best for you.
We also provide detailed CAD drawings of our stretch tents, with your chosen furniture, giving a helpful visual insight into the space available and used.
We can also create a detailed site plan of the whole plot to work out the best layout, and everything goes in its rightful spot.
Let's decorate.
Once the initial planning is out of the way, we can get to the exciting part. We offer a range of furniture options, from tables, chairs, and lighting to dance floors and mirror balls, and lots more in between.
For a more chilled vibe, we can set up stylish seating areas with unique pieces and accompaniments.
If we don’t have exactly what you had in mind, we work with a range of trusted suppliers, giving you the chance to add those finishing touches.

About Us
Hi, I'm Louis.
Co-Owner of Orange Grove Events.
I have worked in the events industry for 10 years. I began working for Holmsted Events when Fred first set it up and quickly realised how much I enjoyed the work and business. Wanting to learn more about the industry I went to University in Copenhagen where I studied Business Administration focusing on Hospitality and Events Management.
I returned to the UK and continued working for Holmsted Events with plans to start something myself. After looking at several options we agreed that Bell Tents worked perfectly for us and created Orange Grove Events in 2024.
Hi, I'm Fred.
Co-Owner of Orange Grove Events & Owner of Holmsted Events.
I have worked for over 24 years in the events industry. I started my career with a marquee company in Australia erecting large spaces for a national exhibition company. Coming home to the UK, I moved to a large events company in Manchester, specialising in marquees for weddings and other events. I returned to Kent in 2003 to work for the South East’s main supplier of marquees and event equipment and after a short time I moved up to manage their marquee division.
Seeing a gap in the market for alternative options to the usual frame marquees for weddings and events, I started Holmsted Events in. Initially we only supplied Tipis but have since started supplying Sail Cloth Marquees and more recently the Tree Marquee.
We set up Orange Grove Events in 2024 and intend to use all of our experience and expertise to provide you a fantastic product.

We are a new company dedicated to creating a truly magical experience for you. Our beautiful Bell Tents can be set up in almost any location, so all you have to do is let us know where you would like them and we will arrive to build them for you.
Our goal is to provide you with a stress-free experience from the initial contact to the collection of our tents after the event, allowing you to completely enjoy the event.
When might you need us?
Our tents and style can work with any event you have in mind. From minimalist Scandi-sleek stylings to deluxe packages, we have everything you might need to give your event that added sparkle. We are based in the South East and operate over the entire area but are also happy to go further should you need us to.

Here at Orange Grove, we like to take all the stress out of planning the event for you. All of our bell tents are brand new and made to the highest quality. Crafted from 100% treated cotton canvas gives a watertight and breathable material ensuring comfort in any condition whatever the weather.
We also don’t like the idea of you paying for items you don’t need or want in your tent. Here you can select items from our range you would like to add, making sure you have everything you need to make those beautiful memories.
Guest Booking Area
Event planning can be a stressful experience. Therefore we offer an online guest booking area where we take all the stress away from you. We create a personalised booking page for your event, which is password-protected, where your guests can choose, book and pay for their tents.
We take care of all bookings and payments allowing you to focus on the more important parts.
